Class Types

  • Our all levels contemporary Pilates reformer class. A great place to start your Pilates journey or focus on perfecting your technique and form. Progressions, regressions and modifications offered. Prenatal to 16 weeks with doctor’s permission and joint friendly.

  • 50-minute full body flow driven Reformer class. Efficient transitions as well as spring changes are emphasized allowing for maximum output and challenge. This class will strengthen and tone your entire body and you'll have fun while doing it! Expect a mix of traditional exercises with contemporary sequences.

  • This traditional focused *Intermediate / Advanced* format class is suitable for experienced students and emphasizes more complex movements and nuanced precision. Clients who wish to attend have demonstrated proper mastery of the essential to intermediate level exercises, have a well established practice and understand the principles of Pilates well. A perfect forum for those eager to build on your practice with more challenging progressions, coordination of movements and some fun props.

  • Hosted Wednesday’s at 4:15pm just the guys. Focus on specific training geared towards Men’s anatomy and functional movement principles as well as increasing core strength, mobility and balance.
