Reformer Classes

Strong in body and mind. Improve alignment, flexibility, mobility and overall strength.

Beginner Pilates - intended to offer a safe and welcoming space for those new(er) to Pilates or rejoining their practice. This class will focus on guiding you through the beginner level exercises and principles of the Pilates repertoire with a goal of allowing a successful transition to our regular group format classes. Note: This class is offered on a drop-in only basis; no packages or membership credits apply. Offered: Bi-Weekly Saturday’s 9am with Kiara.

Reformer Essentials - Our all levels contemporary Pilates reformer class. A great place to start your Pilates journey or focus on perfecting your technique and form. Progressions, regressions and modifications offered. Prenatal to 16 weeks with doctor’s permission and joint friendly.

Essentials PLUS - Suitable for experienced students looking to build on your practice. Our intermediate class sequences are structured to engage the entire body with a focus on improving balance, posture, core control and lean muscle mass. Intermediate to advanced progressions will be layered with more complexity, coordination of movements and props. Prenatal to 13 weeks. Contact studio prior to registering if you have any injuries or special circumstances.

Power Reformer - A higher intensity athletically driven and endurance focused Reformer Pilates class that will strengthen and tone your entire body. We pay homage to the classical techniques and mix in some creative and contemporary movements. Expect additional reps, time under tension and elements of functional strength sequences for added challenge. We recommend prior Reformer experience for this class. Not suitable for injuries or pregnancy.

Men’s Group - Hosted Wednesday’s 4:15pm & Sunday’s at 9am just the guys. Focus on specific training geared towards Men’s anatomy and functional movement principles as well as increasing core strength, mobility and balance.

What should I expect?
