Workout 1 Essentials: Focus on key pilates principles including breath, form and strong core control
Workout 2 Strength: build muscle and bone density, increase endurance and cardiovascular health (modifications offered for low or higher intensity)
10 weeks of sessions offered. Use our virtual training platform to enroll in the weeks that work for you.
